Refund policy

Donations are voluntary, so they are normally not refunded. If something has gone wrong, we will help.

When a refund is possible

• The wrong amount was paid.
• The same donation was charged twice.
• The payment failed but the money left your account.

How to ask

Within 7 days of the donation, write to contact@gurudassevaashram.org with your name, the amount, the date and the Razorpay payment ID (shown on your receipt).

How you are refunded

Once approved, the amount goes back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. The 80G receipt for a refunded donation is cancelled.

For cash given at the ashram, please contact the office directly.
